My name is Brian Delmonico.
Creator of Circuit of Change, named by Mind Body Green as the class to take if you want to "raise your energy levels, get happy, and bust stress".
I've been a personal trainer, transformational coach, and wellness consultant for over 25+ years.
After my former years as an All American Gymnast at The Ohio State University, I became an Ironman Triathlete, trained heavily in Muay Thai, and studied yoga & meditation while living in Thailand.
My passion for personal growth and combining multiple disciplines into one program, led me to create Circuit of Change, and the NYC studio.
I work with clients to reach new levels of health, strength, and the confidence to go after what they truly want in life. Nothing brings me greater joy than witnessing your transformation and seeing you take charge. It's an honor to be part of your unique story and journey to greater happiness!
