MIND BODY CORE combines elements of the signature Mind Body Bootcamp class without the impact. There is a strong focus on core strength, breath and alignment. You will experience deep core engaging transitions, static and dynamic stretching, power sequencing, yoga, and meditation. This intense class is designed to increase balance, posture, and body awareness.
FUN FACT: Each workout video is filmed in ONE take! There is no fancy lighting, stage or special effects. These workouts are RAW. The sweat is 100% REAL. If you don't get a break, then I don't get a break. We are in this together.
