1. BOOK A CLASS

Sign up online and follow a few quick steps.

2. BE PREPARED

All indoor classes are barefoot and we provide mats. Wear comfortable workout clothes, and please bring a water bottle and towel. Classes tend to get pretty sweaty! 

3. YOUR ARRIVAL

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to class start time. Silence cell phones and remove shoes upon entering the studio. Refrain from wearing any strong scented body sprays. Late entry is not permitted for any class. 

4. DO THE WORK

Class is one hour of constant movement! Always starting and ending with some breathing, meditation and light yoga & stretching. Our classes are high intensity with combinations of boxing, martial arts, along with plyometrics and cardio core fusion. No class you take will ever be the same, allowing your body and mind to constantly be stimulated and challenged!
