Mind Body Bootcamp- Workout 1 (30 min) Beginner

 

MIND BODY BOOTCAMP for Beginners combines all the same elements fused in the bootcamp classes; martial arts, cardio core strengthening, gymnastics, plyometrics, yoga, and meditation. Whether you are new to The Circuit of Change Method, recovering from an injury, haven't worked out in years or possibly ever, this video will help you start from the beginning and slowly build your practice. The pace of this video is a bit slower and less intensity. Go at your own pace, listen to your body, and have fun!

FUN FACT: Each workout video is filmed in ONE take! There is no fancy lighting, stage or special effects. These workouts are RAW. The sweat is 100% REAL. If you don't get a break, then I don't get a break. We are in this together.
