THE NEW COC WEBSITE & BLOG!

Today is a special day! It's the official launch of our brand new website, blog and preview of our new online store! I am so excited to share this with you!

Since the release of all this new energy around the COC brand, I can't help but think back to when we first opened doors to the NYC studio September 5th, 2011.

It was exactly what I was looking for personally. To be part of a community of awesome inspiring people that truly cared about themselves and others. A place that I could go every day and never feel like I didn't belong. (and a good portion of my life I have felt like I didn't belong)  

I wanted to create a place that I could focus on my two favorite things…

Learning & evolving from others how to better myself

Some would say I was a bit foolish opening a business in New York City. I had no money, no real plan, no teachers, not many students, and had to figure out how to convince a landlord to lease me a space.

However my foolishness was full of passion, love and determination, and I felt deeply that others were also in need of a physical and spiritual practice, along with an actual place they could go to at anytime and feel "connected" again.

Circuit of Change has been more than a workout for many of you. It's become a way of life.

To all of you reading this right now... YOU are the sole reason it is what it is today. A global community of individuals that have asked some very important questions, and then made some very important decisions to better themselves. 

I'm so excited to release all the products we've been working on for you to maintain (or maybe jumpstart) your practice at home and across the world. And very excited to make an official announcement about our upcoming Training Programs for Summer 2015.

We hope you enjoy the new look and feel of the COC brand. Take a look around and let us know what you think below in the comments. Some of you might even see your beautiful face on our Success Stories page! 

Over the years I've received tons of wonderful email responses from our newsletter, and instead of the emails just sitting in an inbox, we can now share the energy with each other! We have a place to connect and support one other on a regular basis, in real time! 

So now that the COC BLOG is official up and running, I would love to hear from you.

Lastly, many of you have sent emails asking if I could release the workout videos early, but we are waiting for the COC ULTRA MATS to be delivered to our warehouse. Don't worry, it won't be too much longer!
